General Terms:
Membership is subjected to club regulations. A club member will not be able to start sailing at the club without the approval of the club's rules.
In two-year club memberships there is an exit point at the end of the first year in the payment of an exit penalty equivalent to two months.
Deductible is included in the price. A club member will be responsible for covering damages that will be his responsibility within the limit of liability of only up to NIS 300.
The subscription cannot be canceled or transferred to a third party.
No refund will be given for cruises that have not been redeemed during the subscription period.
Each order / subscription / card has an expiration date listed in this order.
It is strictly forbidden to carry commercial cruises at the club.
General Terms:
All cruises are based on a 3-hour assignment in mid-week.
A weekend / holiday eve / holiday cruise is 1.5/2ץ.25 times the price of a mid-week cruise.
Sailing on a catamaran - 1.5 times more than a managed cruise.
Terms of Payment:
Cash, check, bank transfer or credit card (up to three interest-free payments).
Payment with a tourist credit card (not issued in Israel) will be charged 3.5% interest.

Please register the order number (3XXXXX) and update on the transfer we can track and issue receipts accordingly.
The customer is aware that the order / activity in the course is expected to be canceled if no full payment is made.
Terms of Cancellation:
The reservation is subject to the Consumer Protection Law published on the company's website.

In the event of cancellation on the date range specified in the law, a cancellation fee will be charged in the amount of 5% of the transaction value or NIS 100, whichever is lower. After the term listed in the Consumer Protection Law, the reservation is non refundable.
